Oversee daily business operations for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company, with emphasis on financial performance, vendor management, and project execution. Manage budgets, monitor project costs, and conduct financial analyses to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Coordinate procurement of materials, scheduling of subcontractors, and delivery of remodeling projects within budget and timelines. Negotiate vendor contracts and supplier agreements to optimize cost and quality. Develop operational policies, reporting structures, and financial controls to improve workflow efficiency. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed initiatives to support management decision-making. Supervise project coordinators, subcontractors, and administrative staff to align resources with business objectives. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two years of operations management or financial management experience, including experience in:
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing costs for business operations or projects.
  • Negotiating vendor or supplier contracts to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing procurement and resource allocation to support project execution.
  • Preparing financial performance reports and operational forecasts.
  • Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervising staff or subcontractors to align with operational and financial targets.
  • Coordinating cross-functional workflows between finance, operations, and client service teams.
