Operations Manager, Airframe

Join StandardAero Augusta as the Airframe Operations Manager, and partner with the Avionics Manager, Quality Department, and Engine Shop to ensure seamless workflow integration, operational alignment, regulatory compliance, and on-time aircraft delivery. In this leadership role, you will direct and oversee all maintenance operations within assigned hangars to ensure safe, efficient, compliant and high-quality aircraft maintenance activities.
For over 50 years, StandardAero Augusta has been setting the standard in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance. Our Part 145, Business Aviation MRO facility, is specialized to support an extensive range of aircraft models, including renowned brands such as Falcon, Hawker, Challenger, Gulfstream, and Embraer. With a recent 80,500 sq ft expansion, we've doubled our footprint at AGS. Our facility focuses on 27 models of aircraft, while our Engine Shop performs comprehensive overhauls on Honeywell HTF7000 and TFE731 engines.
What You'll Do:
Position Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting general aviation business operations.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership and team management experience.
Prior management experience working in an MRO environment.
Prior experience leading cross-functional maintenance teams across multiple shifts.
Must possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
