Is responsible for managing all aspects of a product line within a plant by establishing goals and objectives for the business and managing the assets assigned to the value stream (people and equipment). The Value Stream Manager is also responsible for achieving or exceeding the expected performance levels in the areas of safety performance, customer satisfaction, employee productivity, financial performance, quality performance and work ethic and moral. Adhere to EH&S policy endorsed by the local management, comply with the legal and other requirements and operational controls established under its EHS Management System (EHSMS), work toward achieving established objectives and targets, and conform to procedures consistent with ISO and OHSAS standards.
