The Operations Manager oversees property operations and projects across a portfolio of shopping centers, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards.

• Conducts daily on-site walkthroughs to monitor property condition.
• Maintains fire/life safety and vertical transportation systems, and addresses issues with pavers, concrete, and stucco.
• Manages Water Quality and environmental compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Oversees CAM and capital expenditures, leading vendor RFPs, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Supervises third-party vendors and technicians, ensuring high service standards.
• Expert in work order systems, ensuring preventative maintenance is executed.
• Ensures vendor file compliance and manages contract renewals.
• Acts as primary contact for emergency operations, prioritizing safety.
•
