Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager / Operations Manager to support the Global Jordan Marketplace Jordan Retail team. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Brand, Design, Operations, and Finance.

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager / Operations Manager to support the Global Jordan Marketplace Jordan Retail team. This role will lead cross-functional retail initiatives, ensuring projects move seamlessly from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in a retail, consumer products, or apparel environment and be highly proficient with Airtable.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic retail initiatives.
• Build and manage integrated project plans and workback schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Brand, Design, Operations, and Finance.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, owners, and overall project health.
• Prepare executive-ready project updates, dashboards, and status reports.
• Drive operational excellence through strong governance and stakeholder communication.
• Support retail launches, seasonal initiatives, and strategic business programs.
• Partner with global and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects within retail, consumer products, or apparel organizations.
• Strong experience creating and managing detailed project plans and workback schedules.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous client experience (preferred but not required).

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
