Seeking an Operations Manager (1st Shift) for a medical device manufacturing site in Norwood, MA.
Responsibilities include leading and motivating teams across two facilities, managing daily production, quality, and compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 standards.
Partner with planning, engineering, and supervisors to optimize operations, drive continuous improvement, and scale manufacturing for growth.
Conduct resource planning, coaching, and workforce development, while implementing Lean initiatives and process improvements.
Ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence, track KPIs, and support performance management.
Requirements include 7+ years of management in manufacturing or medical devices, knowledge of GMPs, ISO 13485, Lean, Six Sigma, and proficiency with MRP systems.
Preferred skills: certifications, advanced degrees, experience scaling operations, and familiarity with industry tools.
Compensation ranges from $140K-$150K, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.
