Activities: Perform general building maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical and HVAC support. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and facility equipment. Perform small engine repair and maintenance. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on building systems and equipment. Respond to maintenance work orders and emergency calls in a timely manner. Plumbing fixture maintenance: water heaters, sinks and faucets, toilets, and drains. Maintain preventive maintenance programs. Maintenance and repair of the facility, including suites, door hardware, locks, woodworking, and other special projects as assigned. Assist other departments and Operations sub-departments as directed. Assist in other projects as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED. 3-5 years experience in general maintenance. Basic computer skills. General facility maintenance experience.
