The Regional Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operations within an assigned region in support of government programs. This role serves as a key point of contact for government representatives, ensuring contract requirements are met and operations are executed efficiently. The position supports program leadership and maintains continuity of operations when needed.
Key responsibilities include overseeing regional operations to ensure alignment with contract requirements and performance objectives, serving as a primary liaison with government stakeholders for operational coordination, supervising personnel, assigning work, and managing day-to-day activities across locations, monitoring workloads, staffing, and resource utilization to support mission requirements, reviewing operational data and providing reports to support decision-making and program execution, ensuring compliance with contract terms, company policies, and applicable regulations, identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions or process improvements, supporting planning, scheduling, and execution of operational activities, promoting a safe, secure, and efficient work environment, and performing additional duties as required to support program objectives.
Qualifications include a degree in business, operations, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience, experience supporting government contracts, operations, or program delivery, demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, compliance-driven environment, and proficiency with standard business systems and tools.
Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain required clearance or credentials, ability to travel as required by contract, and compliance with all company and government policies and procedures.
