About This Role
The Operations Leader (Leadership Growth Track) is responsible for executing daily operations while developing people and driving a culture of excellence.
This position is intentionally designed to identify, develop, and grow future leaders within our organization.
Leadership Growth Path
Apprentice (Entry-Level Leadership)
- Begin developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Support daily operations while learning to lead others
- Model strong work ethic, attitude, and coachability
- Deliver excellent guest service and operational execution
Team Leader (Mid-Level Leadership)
- Lead shifts with increasing independence
- Coach and support team members in real-time
- Ensure consistency in service, food quality, and accuracy
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Senior Team Leader (Advanced Leadership)
- Independently lead high-level operations and performance
- Develop and mentor other leaders and team members
- Drive results in key areas (speed, accuracy, guest experience)
- Partner with senior leadership on execution and accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hospitality and care
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Ensure excellence in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Maintain strong communication and team alignment
- Model integrity, professionalism, and ownership at all times
