Operations Lead

Full Time:Monday -Friday1pm to 9pm (Rotating weekend schedule is mandatory, at least one weekend day per month must be worked)

Job DescriptionAs an Operations Lead the candidate must be a reliable, self-motivated, high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively as part of a growing team. Must have a good memory and solid organizational & prioritization skills in order to accomplish and exceed business goals. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. You will also work with your team to ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, precious metals and other valuables. This position will report to the Branch Manager.Responsibilities

Coordination of transportation demands for needs on short and long hauls on a scheduled & on call basisPerform record keeping on a daily basisAssist in maintaining customer relations via phone and email along with adjusting their needs as necessaryEnsure accuracy of truck movements via GPSFollow and enforce proper security proceduresDrive automatic armored vehicles and other vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locationsService ATMs and Smart SafesService customer stops, including delivering customer change orders and picking up depositsLoad/unload vehicle cargo including multiple bags and boxes of coins or pallets of precious metalsCount items, record, and sign for cargo itemsOther duties as assigned by management

Requirements

At least 21 years of ageAt least a 3 year driving recordAbility to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate via US Department of Transportation approved medical examinersA valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements may be required

Loomis will pay for security and firearms qualifications, licensing and permitting.All of the following are not required, but a plus:

Working ConditionsFull-time schedule potentially consisting of an average 40 to 50 hours/week, with minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period. Occasional weekend workApproximately 90-95 percent of work performed in air-conditioned office or on the road in a vehicle with individual compartments (front and rear)Essential Duties/Job Qualifications As part of the qualification process for the Armed Driver Guard position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required.
