About the Role A fast-moving company is looking for an Operations Lead to serve as the connective tissue between leadership and execution — keeping projects on track, removing blockers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role reports directly to the COO and sits at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day operational delivery. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate and track cross-functional operational projects, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and ownership
  • Ensure follow-through across teams and escalate blockers when necessary
  • Help leadership prioritize and sequence initiatives from planning through execution

Leadership & Operational Support

  • Support the leadership team with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Capture action items and hold teams accountable following meetings
  • Organize and maintain operational systems, documentation, and workflows

Process & Systems Management

  • Develop, document, and improve operational processes and SOPs
  • Coordinate implementation of new tools, workflows, and systems
  • Identify inefficiencies and build scalable solutions; maintain visibility across operational workflows

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, project management, program coordination, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Background in a startup, logistics, technology, or operational environment preferred
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and calm under pressure with strong written and verbal communication skills
