The Mission of This Role
Your job is simple:
- Support the GM.
- Build scalable systems.
- Protect the customer experience.
- Prepare this company for real expansion.
This is an EOS-style Integrator support role where you are building the operational spine of the company.
Core Responsibilities
Front-Line Communication
- Answer all incoming company calls professionally
- Capture leads using a standardized intake template
- Ensure every inquiry gets documented and responded to
CRM Discipline (Pipeline CRM)
- Enter every lead into Pipeline CRM
- Auto-assign leads by territory (county-based)
- Maintain CRM hygiene and stage tracking
- Ensure follow-up tasks are created and executed
- Monitor pipeline movement and flag stalled deals
Systems Builder
- Create simple SOPs for intake, lead routing, and follow-up
- Document processes so future hires can plug in
- Improve automation workflows
- Keep marketing-to-sales handoff tight and trackable
Growth Support
- Prepare infrastructure for future sales reps
- Help define territories and lead routing logic
- Track KPIs (leads, conversion rate, time-to-contact)
- Support professional, unified brand experience
