Pay: $20-22/hrs
Hours: Part-Time - 20 hours a week

Position Summary: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the Operations and Infrastructure Coordinator provides structured administrative support to strengthen the internal organization’s consistency and the operational continuity of Resident Resources Network (RRN). This role ensures recurring processes are executed on time, key documentation is organized and accessible, billing materials are prepared for review, and funding opportunities are tracked so leadership can operate efficiently and proactively.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Valid drivers’ license.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Operational Infrastructure. Maintaining organized digital archives for agreements, grants, scholarships, surveys, billing documentation, and board materials. Maintaining the master operations calendar and tracking recurring deadlines. Maintaining templates and standardized documents used in recurring organizational processes. Supporting documentation continuity and operational readiness as RRN grows and evolves.
Scholarship and Summer Camp Administration. Coordinating annual scholarship and summer camp grant cycles, tracking application submissions and required documentation, organizing review materials, and maintaining award records.
Survey Administration. Coordinating resident and property manager surveys, monitoring response rates, compiling summary data for leadership review, and maintaining survey archives.
Grant Research and Application Support. Researching funding opportunities aligned with RRN priorities, maintaining a grant opportunity tracker with deadlines and requirements, and coordinating required documentation for grant submissions.
Billing Support. Assisting with preparation and organization of HUD and other program billing documentation, compiling required supporting materials for leadership review, and maintaining billing submission trackers and records.
Physical Demands: Position requires extended periods of sitting and computer work. Manual dexterity needed for keyboard and mouse use. Requires talking, seeing, and hearing with reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment: Position requires work to be performed primarily remotely. Limited travel to the corporate office and properties served by RRN is required.
