Location: Largo, FL

Work Type: Full Time, Direct Hire, 8a-6p

Compensation: $90k-$100k/year

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Director of Human Resources and executive leadership to support workforce planning, operational initiatives, and organizational performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, supply chain activities, sales, finance, scheduling, and administrative functions to effectively support the business.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for production, operational, and administrative positions, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on workforce productivity, staffing levels, labor utilization, and operational performance metrics.
  • Support compensation administration, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-training programs to ensure workforce flexibility and operational continuity across departments.
  • Partner with managers to identify staffing needs, improve team performance, and implement solutions that support business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accountability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Build strong working relationships with employees at all levels, from production floor personnel to executive leadership.
  • Assist with employee relations matters by providing practical guidance and helping resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while balancing operational priorities.
  • Lead and support organizational projects from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines, objectives, and business goals are achieved.
  • Serve as a hands-on contributor who is actively engaged in daily operations rather than delegating responsibilities to others.
  • Support onboarding, career pathing, employee development, and workforce retention initiatives.
  • Foster communication and collaboration between production and office teams to promote alignment and business success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Workforce Management, Manufacturing, or a combination of these areas.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, industrial, production, or similarly fast-paced operational environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop employees across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, productivity tracking, compensation administration, and employee development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and driving measurable business results.
  • Ability to analyze workforce and operational data, identify trends, and make recommendations that improve performance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand how people, processes, and operations impact organizational success.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to spend time both in office environments and on the production floor.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that values accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and direct engagement with employees.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and workforce management tools.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
