Job Title: Operations & Grounds Assistant (Seasonal)
Location: Dome Lake Club, Big Horn Mountains, WY
Employment Dates:June – September
Compensation:$18.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE) + Full Room & Board Provided
About the Role:
Join the team at the historic Dome Lake Club for a summer in the Big Horns. As an Operations Assistant, you are the "engine" of the club, ensuring members have everything they need for a seamless mountain retreat. This is a physically active role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and providing high-level service in a remote, beautiful setting.
Primary Duties:
- Ice Delivery: Manage ice delivery to all member cabins.
- Trash Pickup: Execute regular trash and recycling collection throughout the club grounds to ensure a clean and wildlife-safe environment.
- Outside Cleaning: Maintain the club’s aesthetic by sweeping porches, cleaning Club common areas, and keeping walkways and parking areas free of debris.
- Firewood Management: Assist with splitting, stacking, and delivering firewood to cabins to support the club's traditional mountain experience.
- General Support: Provide basic assistance to members with luggage or other manual tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Availability: Must be able to commit to the full season from June through September.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day in various mountain weather conditions.
- Experience: Starting wage within the $18–$28 range determined by previous maintenance or hospitality experience.
- License: A valid driver’s license is required to operate club utility vehicles.
