The successful candidate will serve as the operational link between project management, engineering and drafting, and field services (both onshore and offshore) on assigned projects.The candidate will specialize in mechanical equipment preparation, testing, mobilization, and project execution activities. Acting as the technical liaison for assigned projects, this role requires a high level of coordination and clear communication across key interfaces.This role offers the opportunity to develop and strengthen practical design skills in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment.Responsibilities & Accountabilities Collaborate with operations and project management to develop and execute project specific resource plans that ensure safe, timely, and successful project completionDevelop hydraulic drawings and perform calculations for specialized equipment to meet project performance requirements, including hydraulic winches, cylinders, power units, and associated control systemsPrepare project specific technical documentation and procedures, including commissioning, testing, inspection and refurbishment checklists, and field installation and operating proceduresDevelop detailed equipment manifests in coordination with project management to support successful project mobilizationsWork closely in a hands-on capacity with field operations to provide technical guidance and support, and to relay operational feedback to project management and engineering teamsEnsure that safety and quality management systems are fully integrated into field operationsMinimum Qualifications Advanced mechanical aptitudeStrong technical and communication skillsProblem solving and leadership skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft OfficeAutoCAD Mechanical 2D experience or training; 3D modeling experience with software such as Inventor or SolidWorks is a plusMust be willing and able to work outdoors and in shop environments as required to support project activitiesAbility to travel to offshore oil platforms for site visitsIndustrial or relevant educational internships, or prior related work experience, are preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
