Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and within budget. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all operational activities including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, taking proactive measures to address them

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met and deadlines are achieved

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met and identify areas for improvement

- Oversee equipment and material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on schedule

- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
