We are looking for a meticulous and data-driven Operations Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will use data analysis techniques to evaluate and improve our operational processes. By gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data, you will help optimize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with operations teams to leverage data for enhancing productivity, performance, and overall operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard development and maintenance
Build, maintain, and iterate on power BI dashboards tracking OEE, production yield, waste, and CI shift performance. Own the full pipeline from sharepoint. list data sources through to published reports
Data analysis & interpretation
Analyze production, quality, and operational data to surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Translate findings into plan language summaries for both frontline and leadership
Reporting infrastructure and data integrity
Build, own, and maintain excel based reporting tools, data models, and sharepoint list structures. Identify and resolve data quality issues upstream before they impact reporting accuracy
Cross functional collaboration
Partner with Ops, quality, and analytics teams to align on data definitions, report structures, and downstream data lineage. Communicate changes clearly to stakeholders at all levels
CI Support: Support CI initiatives by designing visuals, SPC charts, and one pagers that summarize operational performance to drive improvement
Required:
· 1-4 years in a data analyst or similar role
· Power BI – report building, DAX, data modeling
· Advanced excel – pivot tables, complex formulas, and structured data
· Ability to work with sharePoint List as data sources
· Strong data visualization judgement (not just technical skill)
· Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
· Familiar with OEE, production yield, or quality metrics
Preferred:
· Manufacturing or food & beverage experience
· Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps
· SPC or statical process control knowledge
· Exposure to CI methodologies (Lean, Six sigma, Kaizen)
· Basic SQL or Python for data prep
