As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Success Manager to join our Galveston team and play a key role in enhancing both service quality and daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Lead initiatives to improve the overall customer experience through direct engagement and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet and exceed expectations
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Team Leadership & Driver Engagement

• Collaborate with support staff and independent contractor drivers to strengthen recruiting and retention
• Promote clear, consistent communication across teams and with customers
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Operations & Fleet Oversight

• Manage vehicle maintenance planning to ensure fleet readiness and efficiency
• Implement onboarding and safety programs that meet company and regulatory standards
• Monitor daily operations to ensure consistent service delivery

Performance & Business Management

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
• Partner with the General Manager to track progress, identify opportunities, and implement improvements
• Ensure operational goals related to service, safety, and financial performance are achieved
• Support contract renewals with operational insights and reporting
• Enforce company policies and assist with employee relations initiatives
