Introduction:
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Call routing: Prioritize routing retail leads to triage agents and manage confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants.
Maintain impeccable pipeline management including tracking contact attempts, scheduling calls, and notetaking in referrals.
Manage callbacks, follow-ups, and ensure activation through Welcome Calls.
Handle referral assignments and phone skilling/prioritization to balance workload.
Participate in regular feedback sessions to gather insights on pilot successes and areas for improvement.
Review pilot conversion rates and evaluate the effectiveness of the triage model.
