We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized individual to join our team in a multi-functional role supporting our software products, customer fulfillment, technical support, and internal project coordination. We would like to integrate a permanent member of the team who wants to grow their career with the company and someday become a Senior Member of the team. ### Position OverviewThe Operations Coordinator will help manage the day-to-day organization, maintenance, and support of our software-related projects and customer technology needs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with databases, software systems, Windows Operating Systems, customer communication, and project organization. This person will serve as a key link between our internal team, our customers, and our fulfillment process, and eventually our software developer. Responsibilities will include SQL-based database management, GitHub/code repository organization, software project tracking, laptop staging, order fulfillment support, and basic customer technical support by phone and email.The right candidate does not need to know everything on day one, but must be teachable, resourceful, organized, and able to learn from instruction, documentation, and job aids. ### Key Responsibilities Software Product & Project Coordination * Help keep software development projects organized, documented, and moving forward. * Track requested software changes, bug reports, updates, and feature improvements. * Communicate software change requests clearly to our software developer. * Review returned updates or changes from the developer and help coordinate internal testing. * Maintain organized records of software versions, update notes, requested changes, and project progress. * Help ensure that our various software products continue to evolve in an organized and well-documented way.Database & SQL Management * Assist with editing, updating, and managing SQL-based databases that support our software products. * Make database changes carefully and accurately according to instruction and established procedures. * Help maintain clean, organized, and accurate database files. * Follow quality-control steps to help prevent errors before software or database updates are released.GitHub & Code Repository Management * Help manage our GitHub account where software code, changes, and related files are stored. * Organize code updates, version changes, notes, and repository documentation. * Track changes and help maintain a clear record of software development activity. * Communicate with the software developer regarding uploaded files, code changes, and version updates.Order Fulfillment & Laptop Staging * Assist with fulfilling customer orders. * Help prepare and stage laptops or devices with our software packages before shipment. * Follow setup checklists to ensure each system is configured correctly. * Assist with packaging, order preparation, and fulfillment-related tasks as needed. * Help maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders, software versions, and customer system details.Customer Support & Technical Assistance * Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and helpful manner. * Assist customers with basic technical support requests. * Escalate more complex technical issu
