HIGH ENERGY PROBLEM SOLVERS NEEDED! We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Scheduling Coordinators. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from our customers and vendors while utilizing company guidelines for complete resolution.
Our Scheduling Coordinators play an important role in executing our service process and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
What You'll Do
Training will be provided for the following tasks:
- Reviewing Estimates and Invoices for cost savings, warranty as appropriate.
- Scheduling Preventative Maintenance for small, medium, and heavy-duty equipment.
- Overseeing the work of service providers to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Issuing PO numbers and approvals.
- Vendor optimization.
- Align Vendor costs when on-boarding new vendors.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in speaking with customer and vendor network.
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to multi-task as needed.
What You Bring
Required experience:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must handle tasks professionally and with a sense of urgency.
- Must have the willingness and capabilities to learn the software systems.
- Must have strong computer skills, (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficient and accurate typing skills.
- Must exhibit professional manner in all dealings.
- Must have strong communication skills.
What We Offer
- Shift time: 1pm-10pm; 40 hour work week, no overtime is offered. One weekend day required.
- The starting payrate is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
