Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Hybrid

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-volume order fulfillment and dispatch team. This role is key to ensuring smooth logistics, accurate service contract processing, and top-tier customer support.


What You’ll Do:



+ Manage order fulfillment and coordinate service activities

+ Process entitlement entries and service invoices in Salesforce

+ Support the Field Sales team with quotes, reports, and asset data updates

+ Track tasks to completion and maintain organized records

+ Communicate with internal teams to resolve warranty and service issues

+ Provide detailed service history reports and recommend process improvements


What You Bring:



+ 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); Salesforce experience preferred

+ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; medical device experience a plus
