Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will support the team with administrative and operational oversight of capital projects and tenant improvements across a large portfolio of commercial/industrial properties. This role acts as a key liaison between internal teams, field operations, and outsourced partners to ensure projects, budgets, and workflows are accurately tracked and executed.

 

Location: Fort Washington, PA
Schedule: Hybrid (Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
Duration: Temporary (May 2026 – December 2026)
Compensation: $27–$30/hour

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate capital and construction-related projects, including tenant improvements, property upgrades, and maintenance initiatives
  • Set up and manage project jobs within internal systems, ensuring accurate budgets, timelines, and documentation
  • Review and interpret lease agreements to identify landlord obligations, allowances, and scope of work
  • Support invoice review, coding, and workflow approvals, ensuring alignment with budgets and project requirements
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and supporting materials
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and outsourced partners to identify issues, gather missing information, and ensure project progression
  • Monitor data accuracy across systems, ensuring project details, forecasts, and schedules are up to date
  • Communicate regularly with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project status and operational processes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property management, construction, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with invoice processing, data entry, and budget tracking
  • Ability to interpret leases, contracts, and construction-related documentation is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
