We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world - whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products.

Your future role in a few words

  • Coordinate operations processes and project setup such as project files, Procore, and certificates of insurance
  • Provide project administrative support including subcontractor administration, purchase orders, delivery tracking, change orders, and meeting notes
  • Support monthly invoicing and customer contract administration, including Sage links, schedule of values, and tax exemption certificates
  • Compile O&M documentation and weekly hour reports, and prepare reports as directed
  • Assist the team with accounts payable and credit card processing, and ensure proper invoice coding

Required skills

  • Bachelors degree in business or minimum three years experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with project management processes and cost evaluation
  • Experience with Sage Contractor a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office such as Excel and Word, and knowledge of accounting systems and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and priority management
  • Comfortable with traditional and digital filing systems, and financial information systems
  • Familiarity with state sales and use tax requirements is an asset
