Core Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Supply Chain Ownership
  • Maintain 98% inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Manage raw materials counts, organization, and replenishment (fabric, hardware, thread, office & shipping supplies, etc).
  • Receive incoming materials; verify packing slips against deliveries.
  • Ensure received materials are properly logged and routed for invoice verification.
  • Support accurate BOM and material data entry within production systems.
  • Monitor safety stock thresholds and flag potential stockout risks early.
  • Assist in reducing excess and aged inventory exposure.
  • Support material organization and floor discipline.
2. Production Support & Floor Execution
  • Support production scheduling coordination under direction of Operations Manager.
  • Kit materials for internal production and approved contractors.
  • Conduct pre-inspections of cut parts and kits.
  • Perform final quality inspections to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Type this code in the question asked when you submit your resume or include it in your cover letter: 7218
  • Assist with time studies and process documentation as needed.
  • Help maintain equipment logs and flag maintenance needs.
3. Launch Readiness Support
  • Execute structured launch readiness checklists.
  • Confirm inventory availability and SKU accuracy prior to launch.
  • Verify routing discipline (Dealer vs. Retail).
  • Coordinate communication with shipping and support teams before launch.
  • Participate in post-launch reviews to identify operational breakdowns.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment Coordination
  • Monitor daily order output and escalate bottlenecks.
  • Support improvements in order-to-ship time consistency.
  • Enforce routing and checklist discipline to reduce fulfillment errors.
  • Assist in maintaining organized staging and shipping areas.
5. Systems & Process Discipline
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists.
  • Assist in documenting and refining SOPs across inventory and production workflows.
  • Track and report key operational signals:
    • Inventory accuracy %
    • Stockout frequency
    • Order-to-ship time
    • Fulfillment error rate
    • Recurring bottleneck patterns
Escalate recurring breakdowns to the Operations Manager with recommended corrective actions.

6. Website & Backend Alignment Support
  • Confirm inventory availability aligns with active website listings.
  • Support SKU setup accuracy and backend updates in coordination with leadership.
  • Flag discrepancies between physical inventory and website availability before campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • 98% inventory accuracy
  • Reduction in stockout incidents (for raw materials, finished products, and products we resell)
  • Stable and predictable order-to-ship times
  • Reduction in fulfillment errors
  • Launch readiness checklist compliance
  • Improved operational stability month-over-month
  • BOM and costing accuracy
  • Reduced operational fire-drills

Ideal Traits
  • Process-oriented but hands-on.
  • Takes ownership without waiting for instruction.
  • Identifies risk early and communicates clearly.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing, fast-moving manufacturing environment.
  • Prefers prevention over firefighting.
