Operations Coordinator
Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid: Tue–Thu onsite, Mon & Fri WFH)
Pay Rate: $24/hr (OT eligible)

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide project and administrative support to the Fiber Construction Team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional with experience in purchase order management, Excel reporting, and project coordination. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility fiber construction projects.
Support the Fiber Construction team with multiple ongoing projects.
Enter and update project information in CRM systems.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Prepare special reports for customers and internal teams.
Coordinate purchase orders and assist with procurement activities.
Create and update PowerPoint slide decks for senior management meetings.
Take detailed meeting notes and distribute minutes.
Provide general team support: supply inventory, administrative tasks, scheduling, and access coordination.
1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience.
Experience with purchase order oversight/procurement coordination.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM or Oracle systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
