Operations Coordinator
Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid: Tue–Thu onsite, Mon & Fri WFH)
Pay Rate: $24/hr (OT eligible)
12 months | 40 hrs/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard 1st shift
Travel: None


Overview

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide project and administrative support to the Fiber Construction Team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional with experience in purchase order management, Excel reporting, and project coordination. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility fiber construction projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Fiber Construction team with multiple ongoing projects.

  • Enter and update project information in CRM systems.

  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Prepare special reports for customers and internal teams.

  • Coordinate purchase orders and assist with procurement activities.

  • Create and update PowerPoint slide decks for senior management meetings.

  • Take detailed meeting notes and distribute minutes.

  • Provide general team support: supply inventory, administrative tasks, scheduling, and access coordination.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience.

  • Experience with purchase order oversight/procurement coordination.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with CRM or Oracle systems preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.


Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
