What You'll Do
- Support the Temporary Fence Sales team with daily project coordination
- Coordinate and track customer projects from start to finish
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding and agreements
- Collect, review, and maintain insurance certificates and required documentation
- Complete and monitor customer prequalification requirements
- Maintain organized digital and project records
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist with scheduling, project updates, and administrative support
- Help ensure projects move forward efficiently and on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Construction, contractor, or project management experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- Approximately 25 hours per week
- Additional hours and full-time opportunities may become available as the business grows
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$32/hour, depending on experience
- Overtime eligible
