How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Direct High-Level Executive Logistics by managing complex leadership calendars, prioritizing time-sensitive engagements, and orchestrating departmental staff meetings and conference room logistics.

  • Orchestrate Departmental Communication by serving as a central hub for internal team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on daily, weekly, and long-term project goals.

  • Master Records & Data Integrity by architecting and maintaining sophisticated electronic filing systems and databases to support ACO regulatory and operational needs.

  • Execute Strategic Operational Assistance by providing specialized support to targeted departments, including the management of complex travel arrangements and the delivery of precise, actionable meeting minutes.

  • Lead Financial Administrative Workflows by overseeing the end-to-end processing and auditing of expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to departmental budgets and institutional policies.

  • Champion Proactive Team Planning by facilitating recurring syncs with internal colleagues to anticipate operational hurdles and streamline upcoming initiatives.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Leadership Support Mastery: Proven experience functioning in an administrative capacity directly supporting executive or clinical leadership teams.

  • Expert Calendar & Meeting Coordination: A demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling, staff meeting logistics, and facility booking with zero errors.

  • Advanced Records Management: Proficiency in maintaining organized, high-security electronic filing systems and specialized databases.

  • Exceptional Communication Savvy: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional email etiquette and "minutes" transcription for high-level meetings.

  • Financial & Logistical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with expense report management and the logistics of professional travel planning.
