Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement. Independently coordinate preparation and review of loan/lease documentation, funding and set-up on system of record.Responsible for providing a consistently high level of service to Vendors/Customers in a timely manner.Performing assigned tasks quickly and efficiently, responding to requests for information, communicating issues to appropriate parties and ensuring that responses to customers are prompt, professional and courteous.Interface on a daily basis with underwriters, portfolio managers, customers and other internal business partners.Update Exceptions Tracking System for receipt of lease/loan monitoring requirements.Interface with Records Administration to assure proper routing and scanning of documents.Exception escalation/reporting/resolution in conjunction with Credit Team and external business partners.Utilization and review of a variety of systems and reporting tools that are required in the support of all above-mentioned tasks.Special projects as requiredResponsibilities:Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgmentAdvises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiativesAdvises as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations functionConsults on present-state, develops alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and controlIdentifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projectsRequired Skill set 3 years of equipment finance experience.Highly proficient in Word and ExcelDetailed oriented and strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Self-starter with excellent verbal, written and people skills.Skills:Critical ThinkingCustomer and Client FocusDecision MakingProblem SolvingRisk ManagementAdaptabilityAttention to DetailCollaborationIssue ManagementAnalytical ThinkingOral CommunicationsPresentation SkillsMinimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
