The Operations Support Specialist will support our centralized control center. This team serves as the real-time operational hub for field activities, providing continuous monitoring and performance optimization across frac fleets, sand mine operations, gas substitution systems, and customer-facing platforms. Working in a technologically advanced environment, this role is responsible for proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, operational coordination, and performance improvement initiatives that directly impact safety, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a rotational role which will require the individual to work a 14 days on/7 days off schedule.
