Questions that sound like you?

  • Do you enjoy turning SAP exception messages and consumption trends into proactive order releases?
  • Can you balance short-term capacity with long-term constraints to avoid past-due orders?
  • Are you energized by partnering with Master Schedulers, Central Material Analysts, and Manufacturing Engineers to keep builds on track?
  • Do you take ownership of inventory, safety stock, and reorder points so MIN / MAX variances are rare—and short-lived?

If yes, you could be the Operations Capacity and Production Scheduling Analyst who keeps our Twinsburg, OH facility running right on time. This on-site role reports to the PCA Team Lead and is central to preventing line stoppages, safeguarding delivery commitments, and solving supply hiccups in a fast-paced environment.

Your mandate

  • Release and prioritize manufacturing orders for assigned lines/projects based on material readiness and capacity availability.
  • Manage part availability by monitoring SAP exceptions, validating component usage, and engaging suppliers to close gaps.
  • Own inventory results across your scope—partner with Central Material Analysts and Master Schedulers to correct plan variances, including MIN / MAX stocking violations.
  • Define and maintain planning parameters (safety stock and reorder points) for components and finished goods, consistent with the materials planning playbook and service goals.
  • Collaborate with Master Schedulers and Manufacturing Engineers to model and advise on capacity (near- and long-term) to reduce past-due exposure.
  • Create, revise, and sustain material/manufacturing/procurement strategies for NPIs and phase-outs in support of NPM (new product manufacturing).
  • Coordinate monthly builds of safety stock and targeted finished goods with the Master Scheduler.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
