-The Operations Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s daily operations run efficiently and smoothly. This includes the following.
-Answering calls,ordering office supplies and replying to e-mails.
-Place orders for field material and supplies with vendors via telephone and e-mail.
-Assist in purchase order processing, invoicing, and vendor payments using Sage.
-Communicate and assist between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
-Coordinate with subcontractors for updates on weekly payments, invoices, and managing job budgets using excel.
- Maintain and update insurance requirements as needed.
The Operation Assistant will provide important clerical, project and field support. This candidate will be the central contact for vendors, subcontractors and the office. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast pace environment who enjoys challenges, growth and development.
