Job Description: As our Operations Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone of the team — coordinating schedules, managing job entries, supporting our maintenance technicians, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a work-from-home position, but you must be located in the Huntsville metro area, as occasional on-site visits to properties for final inspections will be required.
What You'll Do:
Schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently and timelines are met.
Create and manage work orders and job entries in our CRM system.
Conduct final inspections at properties to verify work quality and completion when needed.
Handle purchasing of materials and supplies for jobs, tracking costs and delivery.
Enter and maintain accurate data across our systems, keeping records organized and up to date.
Communicate regularly with maintenance technicians to relay job details, updates, and expectations.
Serve as a point of contact for scheduling changes, job updates, and follow-ups.
Identify workflow bottlenecks or issues and suggest practical solutions.
