We need a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant to support a business owner in field operations and admin functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in staying ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field operations support (property visits, inspections, vendor coordination)
- Administrative support (scheduling, email management, data entry)
- Errands and logistics (running supplies, coordinating pick-ups/drop-offs)

- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
