ABOUT THE ROLE
This newly created role marks an important step in supporting TSSD's continued growth and organizational evolution. The Operations and Payroll Manager/Director will oversee the company's day‑to‑day operations and ensure seamless coordination across functional areas. Reporting to the NUVIA North America CEO, this position will also provide leadership to a small team.
The role requires a hands‑on, operationally focused manager who is comfortable driving a broad range of responsibilities and delivering consistent, high‑quality execution across an expanding business.
