About the Role
Our client is a leading manufacturer of premium bathroom fixtures and Amazon’s top-rated toilet seats. As we expand operations with a new fractional warehouse in Mooresville, NC, we’re looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Manager to play a hands-on role in scaling our logistics and day-to-day operations.
This hybrid position combines on-site warehouse coordination with remote operational support. You’ll be a key contributor across fulfillment, inventory, customer service, and process improvement—working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & 3PL Operations
Oversee daily inbound and outbound activity at the 3PL warehouse
Coordinate inventory restocks and cycle counts
Partner with warehouse staff to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
Help maintain safe, organized, and compliant warehouse practices
Shipping & Logistics
Create, manage, and monitor outbound shipments across platforms such as Amazon and Shopify
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, damage claims, and missing shipments
Ensure packaging and labeling standards are consistently met
Customer Service
Respond to customer support tickets and emails related to returns, warranties, and general inquiries
Process refunds and exchanges with professionalism and attention to detail
Monitor customer reviews and service-related performance metrics
Inventory Management
Track inventory levels across multiple warehouses and systems
Support purchase order creation and restocking coordination
Reconcile physical inventory with system records to maintain accuracy
Process Improvement & Documentation
Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
Assist with onboarding and optimizing operational tools, dashboards, and shipping platforms
Marketing & Cross-Functional Support
Coordinate product send-outs for influencer seeding and samples
Support product bundling, returns, or logistics for promotional campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams as needed
Flexible & On-Site Support
Serve as a reliable on-site presence to support operational scaling
Adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-moving environment
Balance remote work with in-warehouse responsibilities
