AI at Cvent: Leading the Future

Are you ready to shape the future of work at the intersection of human expertise and AI innovation? At Cvent, we’re committed to continuous learning and adaptation—AI isn’t just a tool for us, it’s part of our DNA. We’re looking for candidates who are eager to evolve alongside technology. If you love to experiment boldly, share your discoveries, and help define best practices for AI-augmented work, you’ll thrive here. Our team values professionals who thoughtfully integrate AI into their daily work, delivering exceptional results while relying on the human judgment and creativity that drive real innovation.

Throughout our interview process, you’ll have the chance to demonstrate how you use AI to learn, iterate, and amplify your impact. If you’re excited to be part of a team that’s leading the way in AI-powered collaboration, we’d love to meet you.

Acquired in 2024, Reposite now powers the Cvent Vendor Marketplace across key categories such as transportation, restaurants, entertainment, staffing, and gifting. Our platform connects event professionals with the vendors they need to deliver exceptional experiences.

As an Operations Analyst on the Reposite team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our marketplace scales. You will work across teams to improve operations, drive financial performance, and unlock new value for both customers and vendors.

This is a highly dynamic role where no two days look the same. If you thrive in fast-changing environments and enjoy variety over routine, you’ll be a great fit here.

In This Role, You Will::
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Design to achieve long-term goals and set Reposite up for scalable growth.
  • Use data and structured problem-solving to identify business needs, define hypotheses, and execute on high-impact solutions.
  • Develop and operationalize business strategies that balance marketplace health, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and overall vendor and buyer experience.
  • Launch and measure user promotions and incentives that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify operational weaknesses across the organization and propose process improvements or net-new workflows that increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement and manage tools and systems that streamline workflows, including automation and integrations (e.g., Zapier and similar no-code/low-code tools).
  • Develop and refine training programs that enable internal teams and partners to adopt new processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Optimize sourcing workflows by auditing outreach, building feedback loops with Sales and Customer teams, and partnering on AI/matching enhancements to improve vendor recommendations.
  • Support assorted operations projects and strategic initiatives that enhance overall marketplace performance.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership on marketplace health, operational KPIs, and opportunities for scale.
  • Act as the “quarterback” for major business initiatives, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and with measurable impact.
Here's What You Need::
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical/strategic role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, build scrappy workarounds, and connect the dots between data, process, and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with highly cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • A process-first mindset and genuine interest in improving how others get their work done.
  • Comfort working with tools and automation, including experience with platforms like Zapier or similar no-code/low-code tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Data/Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
