Operations Performance Analyst

Pflugerville, TX

12-18 Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Employment

Turn Data Into Action. Drive Operational Excellence.

Are you the person who sees patterns others miss?

Do you enjoy digging into data, uncovering root causes, and building solutions that improve performance across an entire operation?

We're seeking an experienced Operations Performance Analyst to help transform and optimize a large Customer Service Center supporting a fast-paced service organization. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with leadership, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, improve KPIs, and create meaningful operational improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and enhance operational reporting, scorecards, and performance dashboards
  • Build and maintain reports using Salesforce and Power BI
  • Analyze productivity, quality, service levels, escalations, and operational trends
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and root causes impacting performance
  • Determine whether issues stem from training, communication, workflow design, or process breakdowns
  • Develop actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Partner with supervisors and managers to drive adoption of performance improvements
  • Standardize KPI reporting and increase visibility across the organization
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to improve operational alignment and communication

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you'll help bring greater clarity, consistency, and accountability to the operation by:

  • Improving the accuracy and visibility of operational reporting
  • Establishing meaningful KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
  • Reducing operational friction and unnecessary escalations
  • Driving measurable month-over-month improvements in key performance metrics
  • Helping leaders focus on coaching and execution rather than constantly reacting to issues

What We're Looking For

  • Previous relevant experience as an Operations Analyst
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards (required)
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (required)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational change
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally curious

Nice to Have

  • Dispatch center experience
  • Experience supporting large customer service or operations teams
  • Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence initiatives

Why This Opportunity?

This is a chance to step into a role where your work will directly impact the performance of an entire operation. You'll partner closely with leadership, gain visibility across the business, and help create a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven organization.

If you're passionate about turning data into action and enjoy solving operational challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

Interviews are taking place right away, and cover letters are not required.
