Open Role: Operations Analyst - Treasury Operations
Location: New York
Base Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
Role
Sculptor Capital is seeking a detail-oriented, organized junior candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join the Treasury Operations team. This role will gain exposure to the alternative asset management industry across geographies and asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for the governance (set up and maintenance) of all standard and thirty party settlement instructions
Be responsible for the transmission of instructions of cash and security transfers to multiple prime brokers and custodians
Set up various digital asset counterparties and related controls
Liaise with Real Estate Accounting, Private Equity Accounting and Credit-Operations on private deal fundings
Work closely with the Asset Servicing Team on all Income and Corporate Actions events
Monitor settlement of all cash and security transfers through multiple electronic platforms
Work with other members of Treasury to optimize collateral and manage intra-day liquidity for various multi strategy funds
Daily interaction with internal IT, trading desks, various Infrastructure teams and external primer brokers and custodians to resolve issues
Work with internal and external auditors to complete the annual audit
