Job Description

Open Role: Operations Analyst - Treasury Operations

Location: New York

Base Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000

Role

Sculptor Capital is seeking a detail-oriented, organized junior candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join the Treasury Operations team. This role will gain exposure to the alternative asset management industry across geographies and asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the governance (set up and maintenance) of all standard and thirty party settlement instructions

  • Be responsible for the transmission of instructions of cash and security transfers to multiple prime brokers and custodians

  • Set up various digital asset counterparties and related controls

  • Liaise with Real Estate Accounting, Private Equity Accounting and Credit-Operations on private deal fundings

  • Work closely with the Asset Servicing Team on all Income and Corporate Actions events

  • Monitor settlement of all cash and security transfers through multiple electronic platforms

  • Work with other members of Treasury to optimize collateral and manage intra-day liquidity for various multi strategy funds

  • Daily interaction with internal IT, trading desks, various Infrastructure teams and external primer brokers and custodians to resolve issues

  • Work with internal and external auditors to complete the annual audit
