Job Experience Level: Mid (5-7 Years)- The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department.
- Provides WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services.
- Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development.
- Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services; performs customer setups; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority.
- Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.
- Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.
