Job Summary:

THE JOB

The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the venue. This role provides cross-functional support across departments, assists with internal operational processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, and serves as a point of contact for general guest and internal inquiries. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide general administrative support across departments, including scheduling assistance, internal communications, and office coordination
  • Maintain office operations, including supplies, inventory, deliveries, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with invoice submission, recordkeeping, and documentation management
  • Support operational logistics and departmental projects as assigned

Payroll, Reporting & Process Support

  • Assist with payroll processes by collecting required information and tracking submission deadlines
  • Support labor tracking, reporting, and compliance-related processes
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and documentation
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to support timely completion of operational processes

Guest & Internal Communications

  • Manage incoming calls and shared inboxes, including general inquiries and ADA-related communications
  • Respond to routine guest inquiries using established guidelines and resources where applicable
  • Document and track guest interactions, escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed
  • Monitor guest feedback channels and communicate trends or concerns to management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks, manage deadlines, and follow through on assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within established processes and guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a venue, entertainment, or live event environment preferred

The expected compensation for this position is:

$20.00 USD - $25.00 USD Hourly

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
