Operations Administrative Assistant

As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Operations team with a focus on Human Resources and Production functions. To be successful in this role, a candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This position will be based at our Minster, OH location.

Every day as an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will...

Support the HR Representative and Plant Management with various administrative tasks related to:

  • Assist in associate engagement and recognition events
  • Assist in company involvement in local community events
  • Communication both verbal and written forms and at all level
  • Perform iLearn data entry and maintain training records
  • Sort, file, and grade OSHA tests and assist with feasibility safety reports
  • Scan and file employee sign-off sheets
  • Support Contractor Safety Program by contacting contractors and ensuring required documentation is completed
  • Monitor and restock PPE closets; order supplies as needed
  • File permits and maintain organized records
  • Coordinate lunches orders and organize food deliveries and ensure proper storage after delivery
  • Order supplies, conduct inventory, prepare reports, coordinate travel arrangements and other requests
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a general office or HR support setting
