What We Are Seeking: We're looking for hands-on Operational Supervisors to lead activities in each of our core productions areas: Assembly, Machine Shop, and Maintenance. In one of these roles, you'll lead employee performance on the floor, while maintaining all safety, quality and productivity standards. You'll build and maintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees, provide clear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to balance operational demands with employee development, keeping production moving while ensuring the success of the team. Opportunities are available for weekdays, Monday - Thursday at night, and weekends, Friday - Sunday, both during the day and at night.
