Job Title

PepsiCo is looking for a professional to oversee the Quaker, Gatorade, PCNA, Joint Venture, and Frito Lay Warehouse product costing function.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include performing standard costing functions, creating and maintaining complex Bill of Materials (BOM) and other PMD for new copack innovations, reviewing cost estimates created by junior team members, assisting and providing direction to Operations on issues relating to bill of materials and costing, leading set-up of new copackers in collaboration with Operations, leading team through development of Annual Operating Plan by partnering with Operations, Supply Chain Finance, and Contract Manufacturing Managers, supporting initiatives to improve accuracy of standard costs, identifying root cause of recurring costing errors, and resolving system-related issues impacting internal control, and collaborating with counterparts in Manufacturing, Planning, and Global Procurement to support cross-functional process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, CPA required, 2+ years of experience, and this position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include public accounting experience with Big 4 firm strongly preferred, experience with SAP Product Costing preferred, proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.), strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent accuracy and attention to detail, a proven ability to work well in a team environment across functions; interact effectively with all levels of personnel, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
