Pay Rate = $57 -60 w2 per hour + benefits
 
Operational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support ongoing transformation initiatives across its global real estate, workplace, and sustainability programs. This role is critical in ensuring that new systems, processes, and organizational changes are successfully adopted and sustained across diverse business units. The successful candidate will work closely with program leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to align people, process, and technology toward measurable outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans that support adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models.
  • Partner with project teams to identify change impacts and develop targeted interventions such as training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
  • Lead stakeholder and impact analysis for initiatives spanning technology deployments (e.g., Costar, Cority, ServiceNow) and operational transformation.
  • Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and communications tailored to global audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and town halls to promote understanding and buy-in for upcoming changes.
  • Track and report change adoption metrics, feedback, and overall organizational readiness.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, IT, HR, and Communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency in change messaging and execution.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by embedding change management principles into ongoing processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational or operational change management, preferably within a large, global enterprise.
  • Proven ability to lead change enablement activities for technology implementations and process transformations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Experience creating clear, visually engaging communication and training materials.
  • Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Global Workplace Services, Facilities, or Corporate Real Estate environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems (e.g., Costar, Cority, ServiceNow, or other workplace platforms).
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
