$95,000 - $110,000 USD per annum

As an Operational and People Safety Advisor - Americas, you'll play a key role in keeping people, operations and environments safe across Qantas Airways' high-risk, fast-paced operational network.
Working closely with frontline teams, supervisors and leaders, you'll be responsible for identifying and managing risk, leading investigations, and embedding practical safety solutions where they matter most-on the ground. This is a hands-on advisory role where your ability to influence, build trust and drive behavioural change will directly impact safety outcomes across diverse operational environments.
You'll partner with the business to strengthen safety culture, improve reporting and governance, and ensure safety practices are not only compliant, but genuinely effective in day-to-day operations.
