Job Purpose
Job Purpose
This role will monitor, deliver, and analyze performance for the retail programs. Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the retail reporting processes. This position will partner cross-functionally in the organization to support the company's sales, shrink and profit budgets.

Provides system and reporting support for retail operations. Ensures data integrity for operations accounts. Process, analyze and distribute reports for designated programs and areas of responsibility.

Serves as the designated contact for the retail stores and internal and external business partners on assigned programs and areas of responsibility.

Conducts research and analysis to identify quantifiable benefits for new processes or enhancement of existing processes. Identify negative trends and analyze root cause to make process change recommendations.
