Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• High School completion required.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Norton Healthcare.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: High School Diploma or GED.
Unit Details: Assists other members of the health care team in the delivery of patient care during the intra-operative period. The major focus for this position is on preparation and handling of instrumentation and surgical equipment and assisting the surgeon during the surgical procedure. Patient population served is neonate through geriatric. Demonstrates responsibility for the care, preparation, handling, and maintenance of surgical instrumentation. Consistently performs sponge, sharps and instrument counts according to policy and procedure.
Shift & Scheduling: 630a-3p, no weekends; call up to 40 hrs per 6 weeks.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
