Experience:
• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Boston Medical Center (BMC).

Additional Details:
Special Requests: Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.
Required Skills/Experience: 3 plus years of inpatient surgery. Must be competent in at least 5 of the services listed above.
Required Credentials: NBSTSA certification only; no other surg-tech certification accepted.
Unit Details: Cases include gen, gyn, gu, oral, oto, bariatrics, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pedi, trauma, and spine.
Shift & Scheduling: 36hr DE rotation, 12 hour shifts, 7a on day shift, 9a and 11a on night shift. Every 3rd weekend as needed. Every other holiday. Call: 1x per schedule.
Floating Requirements: May float to Moakley and other OR campuses if needed.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
